This project undertook the design and construction of a purpose-built Health and Research Centre, accommodating cancer and blood disorder research, clinicians and patients, in a distinctive and novel setting.

It required demolition of the existing Oncology building, allowing for construction of the ten-storey concrete framed building and refurbishment of existing sections of Randwick Hospital.

The project consolidated previously dispersed health services to provide specialist treatment areas, consultation rooms, clinics and clean areas now publicly accessible, welcoming in a new era of cancer health treatment and research.
